Unaccomplished

Stepping through the threshold
Into a world that isn't familiar
Even though I'm not that far
I feel like I am leagues away

I look back and count my steps
I look forward and take a step up

From a small town nobodies heard of
I rose from the depths of a silent country
And came into the loud cities of civilazation

In an unfamiliar territory
I quickly, quickly rose to my feet
And looked around me
Suddenly becoming recognized around the world
I'm waiting
My heart went ba-bump ba-bump

As time went by my fame only grew more
I was known all around the world
But something still bothered me

Who was going to follow me?
How could anyone better me?
Everything has lost its fun,
Its challenging appeal

Fast and faster and faster
Everything was so easy
I no longer felt that I accomplished anything

I am deteriorating
Please rescue, rescue me now
I don't want to be bored
Waiting for a powerful trainer to come across me

I want to battle
A battle that will show me that light again
So that I may enjoy a life of battling once more

"Who are you?"
"I'm Bob! I will one day become the champion!"
"Oh? That's hard to believe. I guess I'll let you battle me."
"Don't look down on me! I will prove to the world that I'm
a champion! Come on! Let's battle!"

Battling you has opened my eyes
To that oh so bright light
I am, I am so happy that I met you
For the first time in a long time,
A smile cracks on my face

Exchanging moves with you back and forth
Is the most, the most fun I've ever had
I can see you will one day better me
I hope that it goes well for you
I hope that you'll still be able to smile

About four people

Once having a stable family
He has always traveled by himself, but...

The loneliness deep inside of him is burning
Until he found that one guy

But he's started to feel something

Trying to hide her feeling
She's not doing too good, now is she?
Blushing all the time as she looks back at him

Though she doesn't have many problems
Making her the luckiest of them all
Her heart hurts badly, will she be able to tell him?
A face burning brightly
Does he really notice her reaction?

But everyone has felt this way towards someone at one point
The relief is powerful when they say it's the same

How long will it take for her to notice it herself?

Looking down on him all the time
Wouldn't be funny if he sprang up?
A mutual understanding, but not too much more

In truth they are best friends, it's sad they don't know it
Even your strongest enemy may be the closest of them all

Everyone was laughing at him all the time

Isn't it odd how the lowest always get the highest?

'A zero to a hero' they always say in this world

Some are lucky enough to have more than a few minutes of fame here
